At Elite Entertainment, we are dedicated to our "Pampered Customer" concept. This is why you have an in-person meeting with the specific Entertainer who will be performing the day of your event. This allows you to tell us exactly how you would like your party to be. You can have as little or as much creative control over your event as you wish. We are here to guide you, using our expertise to produce the affair of your dreams. Our entertainers can provide anything you wish, from a low-key elegant affair with minimal interaction to a festive high-energy party. We guarantee this type of service, as our entertainers work exclusively for our company.

During your consultation, we will outline a schedule of events and discuss many other details of your reception.
For example, who will be presented during your Grand Entrance? We review name pronunciations with you so your friends and family can have their names pronounced correctly. Assuming you choose to have a Grand Entrance, you can make it as traditional or non-traditional as you wish.
Some other questions that may be addressed are:
Who is the reception facility contact person?
Will that person be on-site during your event?
Who will do the toast and how many toasts are you going to have?
If you are having a buffet instead of a sit-down meal, who is going to be in charge of dismissing the tables to the buffet? And how will that be done?
Also, will you be giving away the centerpiece at each table, and have you thought of how you will give those away?
Are there any specific songs, which should be avoided? Are there some songs you really want to hear?
Is there a guest of honor or are there some guests who should be acknowledged throughout the evening?
What is the kids to adult ratio? Will there be games for the kids? (i.e., someone is having an anniversary/birthday or some guests who may have traveled from far away).

We use these and other questions to plan the details that help us create the schedule of events. This schedule of events ensures that you have the event of your dreams and it also helps us in working closely with your caterer, videographer, and photographer so that everything runs smoothly.
